Agent is not receiving the beep notification sound when the client responds back in the chat

Hi Everyone,

Agent is not receiving the beep notification sound when the client responds back in the chat within ServiceNow ..how can we get beep sound when client responds..

does the agent receive the first beep or no beep at all?

I think it is OOTB just and only the first message and then not any other..

Yes, they are receiving the first chat request but not the messages sound when client responds back during the chat conversation.
