What is it that you would like to utilize word for? In general, I know the integration is available when talking about policy/GRC, but is it any other module that you're thinking of?

Yes, we wanted to update the Policies from MS Word? Do you know how to set this up?

You need to activate the microsoft onedrive plugin "Microsoft onedrive spoke for document service framework": Microsoft OneDrive spoke for Document Services Framework (servicenow.com)

Thank you @AndersBGS , could you also provide me some guidance about the OOB actions? I have gone through the list of actions, but I am not able to find any which can integrate the word files with Policy table records
