Is there a way to utilise Publications/Notifications on Employee Center?

Hi,

We have noticed that the csm portal utilises the Publications feature, as well as this everytime a new publication is created and published a notification is added to the header bar, and once clicked you can see the publication notification, as per the screenshot provided below.We would like to utilise this sort of functionality of target communications but in the employee center portal. We have managed to add a menu item to show the publication page, so that when a new publication is created, the recipients can see them.However we would also like to have the notification functionality. Can anybody please advise on how to get the notification functionality on the header of the employee center, if possible please.

I would look into harnessing Campaigns on the HRSD side - that allows you to set up a variety of notification types to your employees and to target the correct audiences for that information. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-employee-service-management/page/product/employee-cente...
