Issue with decision builder. Error "Could not update the decision"

Hi,
I am facing this issue after I upgrade the instance to Washington DC release. Especially the order management application to 7.0.0 (latest) version.
I am trying to set up the conditions in decision builder but it is not allowing me to save it with error "Could not update the decision"
Is there any particular reason? I am missing any attribute? I am using only Order Action, Specification Category & product specification as decision columns.
Please help !

Hi @Arinjay Aherkar,
Not really sure what's happening there, maybe it's scope-related?
Or have a look at the system log to see if it's spitting out any errors.

I just got the same error in my TEST environment. Developement and Production are fine.
Has anyone come up with a solution or contacted HI?
