issue with flow designer

I have created a flow designer. Trigger condition is when a case is created then it goes to if condition and check whether channel is web/chat/virtual agent. If yes then we will creating a case task. . its not working when i create a case from any of the above mentioned channel. But when i give the case number by clicking test button the flow designer, the task is getting created. 

please guide me.

It seems that the issue you're facing could be related to the Flow activation status. The chances are high that the flow is not activated or is in a draft state, which is why it works when you manually test it, but not when a case is created through the web, chat, or virtual agent channels.
