Issue with PowerBI integration for Customer Service Management Data in ServiceNow

Hi Experts, 
I am currently working on integrating ServiceNow with Power BI for Customer Service Management(CSM) using Rest API. My goal is to retrieve live case data into Power BI, and to achieve this, I have created a Power BI user record  and assigned the following roles:
rest_api_explorer
snc_platform_rest_api_access
sn_customerservice.case_viewer
sn_cusotmerservice.customer_data_viewer
As of now, I am able to get the data into Power BI. However, I am encountering an issue where the data is not showing accurately. Specifically When I create a new case record, the data appears in Power BI after a refresh, which work fine.
The problem arises when i update an existing record (e.g., changing the assignment group). The updated data does not reflect in Power BI after the refresh, and the case data stays outdated  or incomplete.
Could you please advice on any steps I might be missing or any configurations i should check to ensure the Power BI reflect accurately, up-to-date data, including when records are updated?
