There is a knowledge artile it is opening in th KB_knowledge bot not opening in the Global search.

Hello @pragadeesh254 

1. First, check if that knowledge article is in kb_knowledge table

2. That knowledge article should be in the Knowledge Base.

3. Verify can read, can contribute related lists and see if you are fitting to that user criteria to view the knowledge Article

4. Also, check if that knowledge article is expired/published or not

5. The knowledge base that contains the knowledge article should be in the desired portal("sp" or "esc"). For this Open portal page, by navigating to Service Portal > Portals > Open esc or sp > Knowledge Base related list > add the knowledge base
