Lab instance does not have required attachments

I have a lab instance for CSM (Customer Service Management). The Lab 01 states that download the required files from the KB. But there is no KB article to download the files. Below are screenshots of the Lab 01 pdf file.

 

I had also send email to nowlearning@service-now.com. But not received any reply.

We can't help you with that. You can do 2 things: wait for NowLearning to respond (it may help to send daily reminders) or release the instance and request a new one.

@Community Alums Your screenshot shows 1 Article in ServiceNow Classes, did you open and check that article to see if it has the required files attached to it?
