Do you mean ILT—Instructor-Led Training? If yes, then you’ll need to check the ‘Classroom Training’ section on ServiceNow University.

there is only instructor led training out on- demand training available from the official channels which should be more that enough.

pretty sure you also can find some unofficial, but have no idea about this.
