Loading is showing in CSM / FSM Workspace in Lead workspace table in service Catalogue section

Issue Description

In the Lead to Contract Management Workspace, the Catalog section does not display any content. The section continuously shows a “Loading” state and does not render the catalog items. This prevents users from accessing or selecting catalog item related to lead to contract process within the workspace.

 

Steps to Replicate

  1. Login to ServiceNow.
  2. Navigate to CSM/FSM Configurable workspace-click on Lead
  3. Go to the Catalog section.
  4. The section remains stuck on “Loading” and does not show any catalog items.
  5. This occurs consistently for all attempts and for multiple users.

Go to System Definition -> Plugins and check for updates available for CSM and FSM Workspaces and UI Builder. Update it to latest version and clear the cache using /cache.do. Logout from browser and login again and try it.

 

Sometimes the issue is with Workspace plugins and UI builder plugins and most of the times, updating the plugin would help to resolve the issue.
