Loading is showing in CSM / FSM Workspace in Lead workspace table in service Catalogue section

Issue Description
In the Lead to Contract Management Workspace, the Catalog section does not display any content. The section continuously shows a “Loading” state and does not render the catalog items. This prevents users from accessing or selecting catalog item related to lead to contract process within the workspace.
Steps to Replicate
- Login to ServiceNow.
- Navigate to CSM/FSM Configurable workspace-click on Lead
- Go to the Catalog section.
- The section remains stuck on “Loading” and does not show any catalog items.
- This occurs consistently for all attempts and for multiple users.
