I’m currently exploring ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management), particularly from a CRM perspective, and I’d like to dive deeper into understanding how it works in real-world scenarios.
While I’ve come across some modules and documentation, I’m looking for a more detailed and practical learning experience, ideally with hands-on examples or projects.
Could anyone recommend some good Udemy (or other platform) courses focused on ServiceNow CSM? If you’ve personally found any helpful, I’d love to hear your suggestions.
