Very recently we have loss the functionality where if you hover over/click a Knowledge article's image, the image would expand into its own window and display larger than the image in the article.
I was told by our Consultants that this functionality was browser based - but I have found a question in the community eluding to this functionality being out of the box with the Madrid release.
I did some surfing to find the content in ServiceNow on the expansion of the images in the Madrid release but I am not finding any documents on it. I have tried rewording my searches to no avail...
Any further information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

We fixed our issue - we moved the Permalink to the top of the articles in the Portal and that broke the image pop out enlargement functionality. We are good now, thank you!

Hello Sandeep,
If the functionality is missing, it’s hard to share a screen shot.
The functionality we had was if a user had a Knowledge article open on the Portal, the images that are within the article, if clicked on would expand into a pop out window.
There is an article in the Community eluding to this functionality being released in Madrid - https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=af7d94d5db5c80544819fb243996...
It hasn’t been long that it has been missing.
