micro certification

Hello Team,

I need to complete, Micro-Certification in CSM with latest version Vancouver Version or UTAH version . Please Advise me how on now learning portal which I need to select and process this step by step .

Are you referring to Delta exam ? and CSM - Customer Service Management right? I just checked on Now Learning and here are few.
