Missing record, not visible in 'deleted records' - Any way to audit?

Hi all, we have a missing case on our prod instance. Typically these are visible in 'deleted records' to recover, however this one is not. Is there an audit trail on deleted records outside of the deleted records table?

Hello,
Records, like incidents, cases, etc. are not retrievable in delete records.
Unfortunately, you are unable to undelete that easily. ServiceNow would have to restore your instance (or use a backup of it -- which only happens at certain times on certain days) to a prior date/time and retrieve it for you, etc.
You can try submitting a SN Support case about it and see what they say, but on your instance itself, those types of records can't be undeleted.
