Modify the OOB UX List Items

In the CSM/FSM configuration workspace, several default lists appear in the Default List view. We’d like to remove some of these items. What is the recommended best practice for hiding or removing these default lists while ensuring that future upgrades can still update the underlying objects and that they are not marked as skipped records?

open this table sys_ux_list_category

you can find all the list categories of workspace

aslo for the list 

1) open this table 

2)in this table you can find the all the lists

the only option is to deactivate them from sys_ux_list table

Note: Since you are updating the OOTB lists, they will be skipped during upgrade, I believe that's fine. Those are simply lists and you can always enhance them as per customer requirement
