I am new using recommended actions and I have been asked to create the following. My company has defined so many application services and in order to help agents solve incidents, they want to show via a recommended action depending on the application service stored in the form all the knowledge bases related to that application service.
Nonetheless, there are more than 2k application services and a much larger number of knowledge bases, so creating a recommendation manually for each of them is not an option. In that context is where I found resource generators. I have been trying for a couple of days but I cannot make it work. Can anybody help me? What should I do? What should I take care of? Can anybody explain me exactly how a resource generator work?
