Below are a few tasks that I am stuck in my CSM Simulator Training assignment. Please help with that.
1. Contract and Entitlement Management:-
The asset entitlement '24x7 Support' has not been setup correctly.
2. Case Management:-
There isn't a dictionary override for the case table on the number field.
3. Routing and Assignment Rules:-
Have you created an Assignment rule 'WonderWall 650' and configured it correctly?

1. Contract and Entitlement Management
- Please verify that the Entitlement's Start date, Account, Contract, and Asset fields are correctly set.
- As it is specified that 'the ABC Corp 3 year service contract and it applies to the BHG1550 BestNet WonderWall 650 asset', please ensure that the Start date and End date of the Contract are correctly set.
2. Case Management
- Referring to the following URL, by using the definition of Dictionary Override, you need to make the Number field read only for the Case table only.
- The application scope should be changed to 'Customer Service'.
3. Routing and Assignment Rules
- You will need to create two rules: a Matching Rule and an Assignment Rule. First, create the Matching Rule, and then use related links and such to create the Assignment Rule.
- Please ensure that the Group for the Assignment Rule is set to Network Support, and the User is specified as John Jason.
