Need to delete this post from community

I posted something in the community but I need to delete it because it contains sensitive data. How can I delete it permanently? Thank you

If someone replied to the post, you might not be able to delete it. Update the content using 'Edit Message' and save as empty or dummy message which should remove sensitive contents.

Where can I see the 'Edit Message'? Can you provide screenshot. Thank you.

Login with the same ID used to post the question. Go to the post and click on option dropdown which should give you option 'Edit Message'

If you do not see it, make sure you are logged in with same ID. If it does not work, reach out to Community team at community@servicenow.com or tag ServiceNow Community admins for help.

Hi @janicedelpr ,

On the right click on the arrow just above the 27m ago <Timestamp>. You will be able to see- "Edit Message" option. Click on it and change the complete question/text/content with any dummy text/content/question.
