Need to see the created Change in the work notes section

In the incident form, i want see the created Change records in the work notes section.

How to achieve this.

Did you tried the above solution so that you can auto relate a change request to an incident when CR is created from Change Request From Context Menu. In above example I have added one code in "Create Normal Change" UI Action. Similarly you can do for other changes UI Actions.

I have implemented the same in my PDI and it is working as expected.
