Need to show "Add" Button for Custom Related Lists for Complaints

Hi all,

The requirement is to show only "Add" option in the related list for Complaints table. I have tried creating custom relationships with required query from parent table to current table. Please find screenshot below.

Also, the list should show no records, until the user clicks the "Add" button and adds the record(s). In short, we need the implementation done for Child Incident related list available OOTB.

Any leads would be of great help.

Thanks,

Sreesh Surendran

@Ankur Bawiskar ,

The requirement is one to one relationship between Case and Complaints filter based on the account selected in the Complaints.

Also, the related list should show only the records added by the user. For example, if there are 10 Cases with Account as "Apple" selected on the Complaint Record, the related list should show 0 records, until the user add(s) the record(s) they want.

Please let me know if this feasible somehow.

Thanks,
