Not able to see CSM outages in the CSM outages widget on CSM Portal

Hello Folks, 

 

I have added CSM Outages widget on CSM Portal but when i create an outage for a case, I am not able to see that outage under csm outages widget in csm portal. Can someone please help??

Below is the Outage which i have created,

Below is the CSM Outages widget in CSM Portal its showing all green.
