CSM Portal Launch - Customer Training/Guidance

Hello!

 

We're looking to launch our CSM portal in the next few months and I'm interested in what sort of trainings others have provided for B2B customers in advance of such a go-live, at the time of go-live, and over the course of the weeks and months following a go-live. We will have a range of tech-savviness needing various levels of self-starter support and I'm looking to not re-invent the wheel with our training planning/resource creation.

For B2B customers, we require the /csm portal. Recently, ServiceNow introduced a new CSM portal called Customer Portal and Configurable Portal Widget Fundamentals, designed to support CSM use cases.

For B2B, please look at using a newer portal, the Business Portal.   The business portal leverage configurable portal widgets - lots of videos here
