Operator as caller

We are using CSM and we have employees that do support but they can also be callers so they already have an operator account. Is there a way to make them visible in the caller field as well?

what table are you asking for? The Case table (sn_customerservice_case) doesn't have a "Caller" field!

I want to be able to select the same person as an operator in the Service operations workspace as in the caller field in the CSM workspace.
