That is because there is a 'Read' ACL on sn_customerservice_case table with a role in it.
If the user is not having that role then this error message will be shown.
> Open ACLs and check Read ACLs on sn_customerservice_case table.
> Check for Roles in it and give the role to required users.

Hi!
Should that message appear even if the affected user is an admin? I can understand that can happen to everyone but it couldn't happen to an admin user if ACL has 'Admin overrides' field checked.
Plus, how that error message is shown if the indicated ACL doesn't exist in the instance?

Hi I am getting below error can someone help
