Part of the query has been ignored because of read security rules(ACL issue) for some users on All module for CSM.

That is because there is a 'Read' ACL on sn_customerservice_case table with a role in it.

If the user is not having that role then this error message will be shown.

> Open ACLs and check Read ACLs on sn_customerservice_case table.

> Check for Roles in it and give the role to required users.

Mark as correct and helpful if it solved your query.

The name of this specific ACL is as follows: sn_si_m2m_incident_customerservice_case

Hi!

Should that message appear even if the affected user is an admin? I can understand that can happen to everyone but it couldn't happen to an admin user if ACL has 'Admin overrides' field checked.

Plus, how that error message is shown if the indicated ACL doesn't exist in the instance?
