Hi @Rahul Chand,
I haven't tried the Portal, but I have tried the PayPal integration in the Native Platform using the REST API.

To integrate PayPal or any other payment gateway into your customer service portal with proper authentication, you need to follow these steps:
Create an account in the payment gateway.
Get API keys for your account.
Add a payment gateway to your customer service portal.
Set up authentication for payments.
Step 1: Create an account in the payment gateway
To create an account with a payment gateway, you need to provide some basic information such as company name, address and contact details. You must also create a user account that will be used to manage payments.
Step 2: Get API keys for your account
After creating an account, you need to obtain API keys for your account. API keys are used to authenticate your application when interacting with the payment gateway.
Step 3: Add a payment gateway to your customer service portal
To add a payment gateway to your customer service portal, you need to provide the payment gateway API keys. You can do this by adding a plugin or code provided by the payment gateway.
Step 4: Set up authentication for payments
You must set up authentication for payments to protect your data and customer funds. There are several ways to authenticate payments, such as two-factor authentication or the use of passwords.
Alternative to PayPal: payments using crypto
Apart from PayPal, there are many other payment gateways that you can use to integrate into your customer service portal. However, instead of PayPal, it is better to use payments using crypto, as they are more convenient and safer.
Advantages of payments using crypto:
Convenience: Payments using crypto can be made anytime and anywhere.
Security: Cryptocurrencies use encryption to protect your data and funds.
Speed: Payments using crypto are processed quickly and efficiently.
If you're looking for a more convenient and secure alternative to PayPal, consider using crypto payments in gambling payment.
Here are some tips for integrating crypto payments into your customer service portal:
Use a payment gateway that supports a wide range of cryptocurrencies. This will allow you to serve clients from different countries.
Set up authentication for payments to protect your data and customer funds.
Provide your customers with support for crypto payments. This will help them start using this new technology.
Good luck!
