I just got a new personal instance on yokohama version...and wanted to install CSM plugin. At first i searched for it and started installing but after a while when i searched again to see the progress it showed 0 results.
But when i switch to classic view I am seeing all the plugins i search for.
Does anyone know why this would happen or is facing the same issue with their PDI's.

PDIs are not supported by ServiceNow.
They are highly unstable.
Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

we can't rely much on PDIs these days due to their nature of being unstable.

please log out, then log in (perhaps clear cache in between) and retry.
If you cannot find a plugin, search for it by "customerservice" without what is before and after that
EDIT: or directly by the ID:
com.snc.customerservice.demo
When you navigate to this - can you see it?
