I cannot see Playbook tab in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

I have the following setup in my workspace, but I cannot view the playbook.
Reference course: Playbook Advanced
The purpose is to provide a user input aid when setting up an account (customer_account).
I would also like to know the activities and how to set them up to create a playbook like the one below.

since this is a lab instance we can't determine what's the issue.
If you just started the course then try to get another lab instance.

Hi @Minamizono,
Not sure about the now learning lab instance.
You can navigate All ->Process Automation -> Workflow Studio -> New -> Select Play book
But in order to setup playbook in PDI or Customer instance you should follow the below links.
