plugin Installation question

HI,

 

com.glide.explicit_roles plugin is Installed by raising HI ticket ? Or can we install it after com.sn_customerservice installation ? OR is it included in that installation ? How to check it ? I do not see it in list of plugins . Can anyone confirm ?

Hi,

That plugin is included with CSM and introduces the concept of snc_internal and snc_external.

Explicit Roles plugin

The Customer Service plugin (com.sn_customerservice) activates the Explicit Roles plugin (com.glide.explicit_roles), which adds the snc_external and snc_internal roles.

Yes you are right. It is written in the documentation. But when I see the plugin installation details  I couldnt find it . Attaching the screenshot here.
