plugin Installation question

HI,

 

com.glide.explicit_roles plugin is Installed by raising HI ticket ? Or can we install it after com.sn_customerservice installation ? OR is it included in that installation ? How to check it ? I do not see it in list of plugins . Can anyone confirm ?

@New Developer_S - I'm unsure what other confirmation that you need other than what I have provided. Please activate as you were planning to do so and you'll see that it is in fact activated. If you have further concerns with the documentation, I'd recommend providing that feedback to ServiceNow by leveraging the feedback ability within the instance or through a support ticket on your support account.

If after activation you don't see the explicit roles within your instance (again, indicated by roles of snc_internal and snc_external), feel free to report back here and let us know.
