Hello, I'm interested in making the serial number field read-only for all users on the portal's asset page. However, I'm currently facing challenges in finding a suitable solution. Could you kindly offer some guidance or support on this matter? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello @Natalia11 ,

You can make the serial number as read-only in 'sp' view of this record table and that will reflect the changes on the portal as well because 'sp' view is used to display record on the portal.

Hi Alka,

Thank you for your prompt response. Could you please provide a more detailed explanation of the solution? When I updated the form design in the 'sp' view, the read-only field was applied to other views as well. Our goal is to retain the field's editability in the Core UI and workspace while making it read-only in the portal.
