@Swati k1 : You could make use of the OOB "Simple List" widget and achieve it. You can create instance options based on your requirements (table name, fields to show, filter conditions, etc.). Attached below is the "My Open Incidents" widget on the incident table, just for your reference from the OOB Service Portal.

Hi, Its an OOB behavior. but you should use a different portal i.e.,instance-name.service-now.com/csm
