Problem search global + keyword > vue list > list view not work another language form some users

Hello i have a problem form some users when they go in global search and write "itsm" for example ther are results ansd when they click in "Go to list view" when there instance is in english it shows the list view but when they are in french its deosnt show the problem exist for some users but not all of them anyone have an idea?

Hi MalikB,

 

I found this solution in Support:

 

Steps to Reproduce

 

1. Change the system language to a non-English language
3. Go to incident.list (or any tables) and use filter > keywords, and make keywords equal to "email"
4. Observe no results are returned

Workaround

Set the property glide.db_query.replace_distinct_with_groupby to false or set the language to English
