Publication is not sending an email to the selected recipient list

I created a publication and selected a Recipient list. I selected an e-mail template, checked the box "items, I can see that a mail has been sent with an attachment, but in the recipients field I only see the address telindusdev@service-now.com. So none of the recipients from the selected list! I made sure all the contacts have the Notification field on "Enable".

When you say Publication are you referring to Targeted Communications?

Yes, that is correct.

I saw same issue with Targeted Communications, and after working with SN, all the recipients are added to the BCC field Blind Copied. Go to email log, add Blind Copy field, check for the recipients added there.

Doesn't say this in the documentation and the example out of the box shows sysIDs added to the sender list. Thought it was a bug too, but it wasn't.

Hi,

Please see if there is any test email address captured in the below system property. In that case, I guess all emails will be forwarded to the mentioned address.

Navigate to System Properties -> Email Properties

Also, recipient email addresses are captured in the BCC field and not in the To or CC field. Please take a look at the sample email -
