Publication is not sending an email to the selected recipient list

I created a publication and selected a Recipient list. I selected an e-mail template, checked the box "Include Attach Links" and added an attachment. When doing a refresh of the recipients, the expected contacts show up. When the publication is published, it shows on the portal of the recipients but without the attachment. When I check the sent mail items, I can see that a mail has been sent with an attachment, but in the recipients field I only see the address telindusdev@service-now.com. So none of the recipients from the selected list! I made sure all the contacts have the Notification field on "Enable".

I understand what you mean, but when you check the mail that has been sent, you should see the recipients.

This however is not the case.

Field "Blind Copied" captures recipient (Bcc) email addresses. Please take a look at the below screen capture -

I suspect that this is an SN Bug.
See Script Include: RecipientsListApi.buildRecipientsListForPublication, and PublicationUtils.createEmailNotification.
