Hi all,
We have a requirement to send a push notification to the approver when a case is created and if approval is triggered to that logged in approver.
I have enabled all the required settings and also configured the push notification, push message content, push message and also registered it in the application (ServiceNow Request Application) but still the push notification is not getting triggered.
Any ideas?
