"My Lists" not showing up in csp header.

CSP header menu is set up exactly the same in lower environments and showing fine.  Can anybody help me understand why "My Lists" is not showing up in Production?  It was displaying at one time, but now it's not.

Have you checked the rest of the condition on that menu option and that you still meet it?
