"New" Button Missing in 'sn_case_type' - Can't Create New Record

Hi all,
I installed the "Customer Service Case Types" plug-in but when I go to the table "sn_case_type" to create a new record the "new" button doesn't appear and it tells me this message "Info Message
". When i click in the link takes me to the form to create a new table. I don't understand why and what I should do to create a new record

@fabrizio95360 Please check the create ACL on this table and associated role on it. Check if your user has that role or not. If your user doesn't have that role than assign it. If you are an admin user and still facing this issue and admin override is checked on the create ACL then I recommend logging out and login again and try adding the record again. Sometimes a logout is needed after a plugin installation to avoid the caching issues.
