What does this Ranking and Display Option mean in matching criteria in servicenow?

HI @rubesh_u 

In the Use for field, Ranking and display, uses the criterion to determine agent ranking (on any of the attribute Skills/Mandatory Skills/Availability/Assigned cases) and displays it (criteria) in a column on the workbench.
