Record producer - Answers not showing on target record

Hi experts,

I am creating a record producer and have encountered a problem. When I test the form and click submit, several of the answers in the internal case that is created are missing, but that I specified earlier when I filled out the form. What could be the reason for this?

I am not particularly experienced in the subject and it is possible that I have missed something. "Applies on target record" is true on all UI policies I have created.

There are probably 4-6 variables missing once you click submit.

do you have the variable formatter added for the backend form? if not, is the mapping made?

 

Please provide more details, this is too vague to get an idea
