Regarding banner on the service portal

Hello, 

Can we put a hyperlink in an announcement banner in service now ?

While creating the announcement I am not able to add a hyperlink, it always comes as text

Depending upon the version of your instance, you should be able to configure an announcement on Portal and/or on Core UI with a link using below. For my client, I have an announcement with a link on the right hand side of the announcement:
