Hi All,
I’m trying to fetch a Service Catalog item widget on a page, but I’m getting the error message:
“You are not authorized or record is not valid.”
Has anyone faced this issue before? How can I resolve this and make the catalog item load properly on the page?

@RohitPapann Check the following.
1. Verify if the correct catalog item is configured on the widget
2. Verify if the user is qualifying the User criteria on the Record producer/Cat item
