Regarding Widgets Transfer

Hi,

In cmp portal one user who had  sn_customerservice.customer_admin role was able to see all the list of cases and incidents of all the customers but in we have migrated those to another instance where we use csm portal.Here in csm portal that user even with  sn_customerservice.customer_admin he is not able to see any because in cmp there were widgets like all incidents,all cases but here in csm we are not having widgets .so what to so to make him all the list of tickets in csm portal 

Kindly guide asap on priority.

Hello kindly acknowledge
