Remove incident ai search source from esc portal

I want to remove incident ai search source from esc portal, for that I unlinked incident from ai search source but still visible on portal.

How ro remove it from portal, am I missing anything?

Hi, I'm not sure why you need to disable it. It's a part of Gen AI functionality. It provides results and answers. If you disable it, it will provide the results, using that you should identify the answers. That is a tedious and time-consuming area for the end/support users.
