When you export to Excel, is that number listed in the Duration field in second, minutes? Any further insight would be super helpful

Thank you I am just attempting to determine the duration from open to close of 5000+ cases

Hi @Elaine Bucci ,

Duration field (the Actual elapsed time column) is formatted as Days, Hours, Minutes (e.g. 838 Days 19 Hours 46 Minutes). This is the expected behavior.

If you want to change or customize anything , here is mentioned couple of ways:
