Reply to Email option in custom workspace.

Hi Community,
When we open a Email of a record in Agent/CSM Workspace, I am able to see Reply/Reply All/Forward options and i can send a reply to that email immediately. By default, these Reply/Reply All/Forward options are not enabled in my custom workspace.
How to enable these buttons in my custom workspace ?

Can you share the sceenshot for the property you created .
As you will need to mark it "true".

Hi @Sai Pavan1 ,
All the functionality under compose email are managed under "email client configuration". where you can check if your table has the required UI actions are active.
If not,you need to create a new record for your table.

Thanks for your reply. Here the problem is that when email related to a record is opened in Agent and CSM workspace then by clicking the email i can see the options "Reply/Reply All/Forward". But in my custom workspace, for the same record email, if I want to give reply then i am not able to see the these options. Instead it is showing email record. Please see the screenshots for better clarity.
1. In Agent Workspace and CSM Configurable workspace, when i open a related email of record CS0000001 then i can see the Reply option so that i can send a reply to that email.
2. But in my custom workspace, when i open a related email of same record CS0000001 then i can see the email table record instead of reply page.
