Reporting on Effective customers due to outage of service

What should be the table or filter condition apply to collect list of customers effective due to any service outage.

You will need to find any customer that is affected by the outage. We can't help you with this limited information. We don't know what you have installed and how your data is setup. 

There are OOB scripts that can help you with finding affected CIs, collecting the Sold Products that are somehow linked to the service that has an outage, but without knowing what you have, it's just guessing. There is not one table that holds this data. It will be a combination of tables to find the correct customers (unless you have something custom that just links a customer to a service, but if that's the case, you wouldn't be asking).

Thanks Mark for the reply.  I am only aware of one way to auto create child cases from a major case when 

"Affected Customers" field is set which represents recipients. I am trying to pull out information about consumers those have been affected based upon install base items so that for all these consumers, child cases are created. I have read in doc that recipients could not be the combination of both account and consumers so I have to go either way. I appreciate you for providing you suggestion.
