Reporting on Projects and Cases from a Customer Account

Hi all,

We have both CSM and SPM in our instance. On the Customer Account form, we’ve added a related list for Projects so that Delivery can see all activities for a customer in one place (cases and projects).

On the Project form, we have a field u_customer that references the Account table, which allows us to display projects on the account form (screenshots below for context).

My question is: I understand that projects and cases are on different tables, but is there a way to run a report on the Customer Account that combines data from both projects and cases? For example, can we report on hours worked across all projects and cases for a particular customer account?

Any guidance or best practices on achieving this would be greatly appreciated!
