I have created a case closed on time vs total cases using data set on task sla table per year in servicenow So I have two graphs the first one is cases closed on time and second one is total cases now it is showing count as well and when I move the curser on the graphs , total cases graph is showing percentage that is correct but the cases closed one is showing 100 % and that is not the correct value on compare with total cases what to do?

Hi @Gaurav Mishra ,
if you want to compare/show the cases breached or resolved in time in percentage, you need to utilize performance analytics and create some automated indicators and a formula indicator:
