Sending a table data(delta) to SFTP in PDF and XML format on daily basis

Hi,

 

Is there any out of box feature to send a custom table data(delta) to SFTP in PDF and XML format on daily basis.

Can I use flow designer with  "Generate PDF Document flow action" and SFTP step to achieve this.

Hi @Raji9 ,

 

Can u try the Export Set functionality which Servicenow provides. U can send data in various different types using that. PDF type is not available in that. Excel, CSV ,XML & JSON are available.

 

And yes you can use the Flow designer as well to export data to the SFTP server.
